‘THE MOST IMPORTANT CULTURAL EXPERIENCE IN BRITISH THEATRE RIGHT NOW’

BBC

Don't miss your final chance to see Misty at London's Trafalgar Studios, where it's received rave reviews and playing to rapturous audience reactions.

In a playful, profound and unique take on modern life, Misty is a powerful lyrical journey through the heart and soul of inner-city London.  Accompanied by a pulsating original score, Arinzé (Girl from the North Country, Lion King, One Night in Miami) grapples with everything from night bus arguments to life as an artist loaded with others’ expectations.

Omar Elerian (NASSIM, One Cold Dark Night, Islands) directs this epic, heartfelt and hugely entertaining new play from one of Britain’s most exciting writer-performers.

One the most vibrant and vital pieces of theatre that's ever been produced in and about London and performed by an amazing cast. Arinze in the lead was simply incredible all singing, rapping, performing and acting tour-de-force!

The play was very cleverly and intentionally written. Kene brought an insane level of energy and body movement to the show, keeping all eyes glued to him throughout the duration. However, it seemed to fall apart with a very weak ending and what was ultimately a sadly surface level examination of gentrification. Definitely worth seeing but it didn't live up to the hype.
